Our fascias, sofitts, bargeboards and boarding are manufactured from British made high quality PVC-UE (polyuinylchoride unplasticed expanded) it offers a combination of properties that make it ideal for replacement roofline products, it is lightweight yet offers strength and has a high resistance to impact. it is highly resistant to weathering, impervious to water, extremely resistant to most acids, alkalis and pollutants, proven light fast, is an excellent thermal insulator and fire resistant. WHAT ARE SOFFIT BOARDS? These protect the upperside of the rafters. Soffits are manufactured to BS761 9:1993 from 10mm heavy-duty board. WHAT ARE FASCIAS BOARDS? These PVC-U boards protect the end of the rafters and supports the bottom edge of the tiles as well as the guttering. Fascias are manufactured to BS761 9:1993 from 18mm heavy - duty board to be strong and last longer. BARGEBOARDS This produces a decorative finish to the gable end of your home sealing the verge. Bargeboards are manufactured duty board to be strong and last longer. Fascias soffits and bargeboards all contain a foamed core making them light weight and resistant to water ingress. They have a lightly polished surface that reflects heat, thereby reducing contraction and expansion problems which occur with thinner inferior boards.
